Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

I can be a pizza snob. There, I said it. I like a good crust, but not too much crust. I want pepperoni, but not too much pepperoni. And I like a lot of cheese. Obviously. How do I control this snobbery, you ask? By making my own, of course!

I was first introduced to Tiseo’s Frozen Pizza Dough a few years ago. It is awesome stuff!! You should be able to find it in the frozen bread section at your grocery store. I shop at Meijer. It’s definitely there. And maybe one day I’ll make my own pizza sauce, but for now, I like Boboli. Easy peasy.

1 Tiseo’s Frozen Pizza Dough

1 Boboli Traditional Italian Pizza Sauce packet

8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (I love to use Kraft with a Touch of Philadelphia Cream Cheese.)

Let the dough sit out at room temperature for about 4 hours. I always cut the top off so it has a lot of room to expand. It gets crazy big!

Add some flour to a baking mat and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. I will also just pick it up with my hands and physically stretch it. Try to get out any bubbles.

Add the sauce, pepperoni, and cheese.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

**Milady Note: I typically check on it around 10 minutes in just to make sure the cheese isn’t getting too brown.**
